How does the ASTEC Re-Ply system work?
Prep and Repair
We start with any necessary repairs such as removing small areas of saturation or reflashing failing penetrations. The roof surface is thoroughly cleaned to ensure proper adhesion.
Protect and Warranty
ASTEC 2000 Finish is applied in two layers, forming a seamless, watertight membrane across the entire surface of the roof. Each system is warrantied by a 10 or 15 year warranty.
Waterproof and Reinforce
ASTEC specialized waterproofing products are applied in two layers with reinforcing fabric included at seams, penetrations, and other areas prone to leaks, including ponding areas
