How does the ASTEC Re-Ply system work?
Prep and Repair
All loose fasteners are tightened or replaced. If needed, additional fasteners are installed to secure loose panels. The roof surface is thoroughly cleaned to ensure proper adhesion.
Protect and Warranty
ASTEC 2000 Finish is applied in two layers, forming a seamless, watertight membrane across the entire surface of the roof. Each system is warrantied by a 10 or 15 year warranty.
Treat Rust and Waterproof
ASTEC specialized rust inhibiting primer is used on all areas with significant rust/corrosion. All fasteners are encapsulated, seams are reinforced and penetrations are waterproofed.
Cool Roof Benefits
